"Eel skewer" is a dish where you can eat eel parts with skewers at a reasonable price.

Cooking to eat eel parts with skewers 1. Kurikara (back body) Kurikara is an incarnation of Fudo Myo, a dragon wrapped around a sword and a long piece of eel wrapped around a skewer. It is said that it was attached because it resembles the appearance of Kurikara Sword. 2. Fins (wrapped with back fins and eel) These are typical skewers, but there are other parts as well.
